Between 1992 and 2008 I was a financial adviser, both tied, and latterly as a co-director of my own IFA firm in Bristol.
In February 2008 I gave that up, took my HGV licenses and spent a good part of the summer of 2008 driving 400kms a day doing general haulage. There is something easy and tranquil about big trucks, and the thinking time is great.
Now, although I still drive about 4/6 days a month, I am now involved with Just Wills I work with my clients on their Estate Planning, putting their Wills in place and helping them get their affairs in order.
